20 DUs, 10 Power clean 40 kg, 40 DUs, 8 PC 50 kg, 60 DUs, 6 PC 60 kg, 80 DUs, 4 PC 70 kg, 100 DUs + AMRAP PC 80 kg. Time cap 10 mins. Did three attempts; 1= 15 PCs, 2= 20 PCs, 3= 22 PCs. Of the 10 mins the last 3 mins more or less were the AMRAP
