7th March 2018: up to 3 reps @ 72,5 kg (body weight)
5 x 5 x 60 kg. 

Floor press:

26th Jan 2017: 3 x 80 kg, 1 x 85 kg. 
11th Jan 2017: 3 x 80 kg, 1 x 85 kg. 
10 x 40 kg... 5 x 80 kg. 

1. 19th May 2014; 95 kg x 1 
2. 9th January 2015; 80 kg x 4 reps x 5 sets

Front Squat

April 2018: 2 x 1 x 100 kg. Superhard.
1 x 100/105/110/112,5 and 115 kg!
1 x 105 and 1 x 110 kg (after 5 x 90 and 3 x 100 kg)
28th Jan 2017: 1 x 105 kg, 1 x 110 kg
Dec 2016: 1 x 100 kg
Sept 2016: 1 x 105 kg (4 x 95, 2 x 100)
May 2016: 1 x 105 and 1 x 110 (after period of bad training)
25th Feb 2016: 112,5 kg (after EMOM FS 10 mins 5 x 70 kg + 1 x 110 kg)
5th Feb 2016: 110 kg (never tried 112,5 kg tho I prepared the bar for it)
16th Dec 2015: 110 kg
11th Dec 2015: 107,5 kg
26th Nov 2015: 105 kg
9th ...
