9th Nov 2015: around 20 reps each leg, some body weight only and some with 5 kg or 10 kg plate. 
August 2015; 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 reps each leg with support (left really hard)

AMRAP 5 mins. 5 power snatch, 5 snatch drop, 5 snatch @ 35 kg. June 2016= 2 rounds
For time. 50 clean @ 50kg= 8 mins 30 secs


Wods con MUs:


1/1, 2/2,... 10/10 of Front squat 50 kg and OTB Burpees. Then until 12 mins= max BMUs. Sept 2018: finshed first part at 8.30 mins. the did 15 BMUs
