Bar MU

June 2017: rounds of 3 reps. After about 8 rounds I got scared my hands were gonna open so I stopped
12th May 2017: 2/2/2. 3/3/3. 5/4/5 (lost grip on last rep on the 4, tried compensate and do 6 last round but got bad blister last rep)
Emom 10 mins 1 rep (hadnĀ“t done BMU for long time and I felt I had lost the technique). Remember; close grip and swing back before going up (avoid the T-rex arms)

Every 90 seg x 13 rounds. 1 BMU
5 reps in total (tried 10, but last 5 reps did not work)

7th April 2017: 20 singles. After that some doubles. Finished off with few trippels. In total maybe 30-35 reps (around 1 hour)
3rd April 2017: 10 RMUs. Of which a few on first kip!
