Wod 1: 10 mins; 100 cal Row + amrap 7 Snatch 40 kg and 14 Wall balls 9 kg. First try 5.25 Row and after 2 whole rounds plus 7 snatch and 7 wall balls. 2nd attempt; 100 + 3 Rs
Wod2; 3 reps TnG Clean & Jerk; 80 kg (push jerk all three, later tried Split but missed last one. Tired?). 
Wod 3; 9 DL 70 kg, 15 Box over facing box, 21 TTBs, 15/15/15 and 21/15/9. 6.17 mins

Fenix Games 2018:

1a + 1b: For time 10 min. 50 CTB pull ups + 3 rounds of 35 wall balls 9 kg and 100 DUs. 2 attempts: 1st did 40 DUs on second round. 2nd attempt did 64 DUs on second round. (the 50 CTB in 3,5 mins more or less. 

2a: 50 Bar facing burpees= 3.41 mins. 2b: Grace (30 Cl&J 61 kg)= 4.46 mins
