2 High hang clean + 1 clean. 70/72,5/75/77,5 kg and 2 sets at 80 kg. 
Muscle clean + tall jerk (bar on forehead and go under) + jerk balance (start with one foot back, and dip n go forward with other foot. 3 + 3 + 3 reps. 3 rounds with bar and 3 rounds with 40 kg. 
1 BTN Push jerk + 1 Push jerk. 40/50/60/70/75 and 80 kg. 

1 Push jerk + 1 Split jerk. 2 x 3 x 50, 2 x 2 x 69, 2 x 1 x 70, 2 x 1 x 75, 1 x 1 x 80 kg (ugly)

1 clean, 1 hang clean and 1 power clean. 26th feb 2018: 2 x 50/60/70/75 and 80 kg

27th Sept 2017: 1 Push jerk + 1 split jerk. 50/60/70/80 kg. First attempt on 85 kg I did PJ and the split is borderline if I stayed enough at top. Tried 85 kg again and failed Split...
