Dec 2016: Each round= 4 x (2+2 Lunges + 4 PJ behind neck) @ 40 kg. 
Jan 2017: 5 FS + 5 BS (transition made by PP). 5 x 40, 5 x 60 kg
Jan 2017: 5 + 5 Lunges + 5 FS. 2 x 40 kg, 2 x 50, 2 x 60. 
10 + 10 lunges + 10 back squats without droppong bar. 5 rounds at 50 kg. 
10 alternating lunges (5 each leg) + 5 Push jerks. 50/55/60/65/70 kg. 
10 FS + 10 BS with minimal rest between the two. 5 rounds at 50 kg. 

3 rounds of 1 Power clean, 1 Push jerk, 1 Power clean and 1 Split jerk. Unbroken. 85 kg

2 Power cleans + 2 Push presses. Up to 70 kg. Failed PP on 75 kg. 

1 clean + 1 hang clean. Managed up to 95 kg. On 100 kg only did the clean. 
3 Hang power cleans- 50/70/80/85 and 90 kg. 
2 High hang clean + 1 clean. 70/72,5/75/77,5 kg and 2 sets at 80 kg. 
Muscle clean + tall jerk (bar on forehead and go under) + jerk balance (start with one foot back, and dip n go forward with other foot. 3 + 3 + 3 reps. 3 rounds with bar and 3 rounds with 40 kg. 
1 BTN Push jerk + 1 Push jerk. 40/50/60/70/75 and 80 kg. 

1 Push jerk + 1 Split jerk. 2 x 3 x 50, 2 x 2 x 69, 2 x 1 x 70, 2 x 1 x 75, 1 x 1 x 80 kg (ugly)

1 clean, 1 hang clean and 1 power clean. 26th feb 2018: 2 x 50/60/70/75 and 80 kg

27th Sept 2017: 1 Push jerk + 1 split jerk. 50/60/70/80 kg. First attempt on 85 kg I did PJ and the split is borderline if I stayed enough at top. Tried 85 kg again and failed Split...
