Murph: 1,6 km running, 100 Chin ups, 200 Push ups, 300 Squats and finish off with another 1,6 km running. The four attempt at the bottom of this page were done mixing the three disciplines. The real Murph should be done by finishing the Chin Ups before starting with the Push Ups etc.

1. 3rd June 2011: 59 mins 42 secs (no kipping, just normal pull ups)
