E3M, 5 rounds. 3 cleans, 3 Power cleans, 3 clean high pulls, 3 clean DL. 50/60/70/70/70 kg. 

10 + 10 lunges + 10 back squats without droppong bar. 5 rounds at 50 kg. 
10 alternating lunges (5 each leg) + 5 Push jerks. 50/55/60/65/70 kg. 
10 FS + 10 BS with minimal rest between the two. 5 rounds at 50 kg. 

3 rounds of 1 Power clean, 1 Push jerk, 1 Power clean and 1 Split jerk. Unbroken. 85 kg

2 Power cleans + 2 Push presses. Up to 70 kg. Failed PP on 75 kg. 

1 clean + 1 hang clean. Managed up to 95 kg. On 100 kg only did the clean. 
3 Hang power cleans- 50/70/80/85 and 90 kg. 
2 High hang clean + 1 clean. 70/72,5/75/77,5 kg and 2 sets at 80 kg. 
Muscle clean + tall jerk (bar on forehead and go under) + jerk balance (start with one foot back, and dip n go forward with other foot. 3 + 3 + 3 reps. 3 rounds with bar and 3 rounds with 40 kg. 
1 BTN Push jerk + 1 Push jerk. 40/50/60/70/75 and 80 kg. 

1 Push jerk + 1 Split jerk. 2 x 3 x 50, 2 x 2 x 69, 2 x 1 x 70, 2 x 1 x 75, 1 x 1 x 80 kg (ugly)

1 clean, 1 hang clean and 1 power clean. 26th feb 2018: 2 x 50/60/70/75 and 80 kg

27th Sept 2017: 1 Push jerk + 1 split jerk. 50/60/70/80 kg. First attempt on 85 kg I did PJ and the split is borderline if I stayed enough at top. Tried 85 kg again and failed Split...

8th July 2016: 6 mins 19 secs (ab mat + 2 x 10 kg plates)
May 2016: 6 mins 50 secs
17th Feb 2016: 6 min 56 secs (ab mat plus 2 x 5 kg plates)
16th Sept 2015; 10 mins, ab mat plus 2 x 10 kg plates (before with ab mat without plates on sides for hands)
11th June 2015; 6 mins 15 secs
7 mins 10 secs (unsure when)

Complex; 1 squat snatch + 1 Hang squat snatch (Power clean + FS allowed). Did 65 kg, both as PS + FS. Managed the Power snatch + FS with 67,5 kg but failed the following Hang power snatch


Qualifiers:

Wod 1:
20 DUs, 10 Power clean 40 kg, 40 DUs, 8 PC 50 kg, 60 DUs, 6 PC 60 kg, 80 DUs, 4 PC 70 kg, 100 DUs + AMRAP PC 80 kg. Time cap 10 mins. Did three attempts; 1= 15 PCs, 2= 20 PCs, 3= 22 PCs. Of the 10 mins the last 3 mins more or less were the AMRAP
