Each round has 7 series of: 1 Power clean, 1 Front squat, 1 Push press, 1 Back squat and 1 Push press. Repeat this series 5 times and try to add weight for each new round:

June 2018: 40/45/47,5/50/52,5 kg. More or less unbroken (later that day got sick...)
28th April 2017: 30/35/40/45/50 kg. All unbroken
26th April 2017: 30/35/40/45/50 kg. Last round not unbroken. Was max I could today, my lower back very tight from DL yesterday
11th April 2017: 30/35/40/45/50 kg. All rounds unbroken. Vas 7/8
