May 2016: 1+1, 2+2 etc until 10+10 not for time
9th Nov 2015: around 20 reps each leg, some body weight only and some with 5 kg or 10 kg plate. 
August 2015; 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 reps each leg with support (left really hard)
