**Sept 2018; Did 5 rounds of 1 rep x 60 kg. Failed once (did 6 rounds, succeeded 5 of these 6)**

__Squat snatch:__

Sept 2018: In Bcn, did 1 x 60 kg but failed 65 kg three times

Aug 2018: 5 x 45, 2 x 3 x 50, 2 x 1 x 55, 1 x 60 kg

July 2018; 3 sets x 5 reps x 40/45 kg. 3 x 3 x 50 kg. 3 x 1 x 55 kg (failed second attempt)

June 2018: failed lots on 50 kg. finally managed 2 x 1 x 50 kg. After dis 1 x 55 kg.

June 2018: 1 x 55 kg. Was first one, after that failed lots of times on same weight. Tired after Muscle and Power snatch? Lost balance lots of times, but think I managed to lock arm overhead at least

June 2018: 1 x 55 kg. Failed few times as well on 55 kg. Remember to lock arm when receiving

16th May 2018: up to 1 x 55 kg (after holiday etc)

16th April 2018: 1 x 3 reps @ 50 kg. 55 kg: 0/1/1/0/1

April 2018: 50 kg: 0/1. 55 kg: 0/1.

April 2018: 50 kg: 0/1/1/1. 55 kg: 1/0/1.

Medium/heavy singles x 3. Failed looots on 55 kg. Managed 3 singles at 50 kg but not a good snatch day.

3 position snatch (full snatch from high hang/knee and full) without dropping bar. 3 x 3 @ 30, 3 x 2 @ 35 and 3 x 1 @ 40, 45 and 47,5 kg respectively.

1 x 50/55/60 kg. 4 fails at 62,5 kg

29th Sept 2017: 1 x 50/55/60/62,5 kg. Two fails at 65 kg. Lots fails on low weights.

Sept 2017: up to 1 x 60 kg (no fails)

4th Sept 2017: up to 1 x 60 kg no fails (also 50 and 55 kg)

28th Aug 2017; diid 1 x 55. ยท failed attempts at 60 kg. Managed to get the bar over head but no strength in legs to stand up (?)

14th Aug: 1 x 55, 0 x 60, 1 x 60, 0 x 62,5, 1 x 62,5 kg

3 x 1 rep x 40/50/55 kg. 60 kg= 0,1,0,1,0,0,1 rep (= 4 fails and 3 lifts)

June 2017: 2 x 1 x 60 kg

9th May 2017: 1 x 60, 1 x 62, 1 x 62,5 kg

Open 2917; 1 x 61 kg

Sept/Oct 2016: rounds with 1 rep @ 50 kg. Sometimes good, sometimes bad...

29th July 2016: 56 kg (not too bad technique)

4th June 2016: 55 kg (nice rep after one attempt which ended on one knee but without dropping bar)

25th March 2016: 52,5 kg (followed by Power snatch @ 55 kg)

**Power Snatch:**

June 2018: up to 2 x 5 x 55 kg

24th May 2018: Up to 1 x 60 kg. First was uglt, second bit better.

Up to 5 reps at 45 kg. Feet needs to be turned out as well as knees, wider between feet= to be able to get ass back slightly in receiving position.

9th dec 2017: 5 rounds of 1 rep at each weight; 40/45/50/55/60 kg (25 reps in total). No fails even tho at 60 it was close.

1st Dec; up to 1 x 62,5 kg. Need to stretch!

6th Nov 2017: 3 x 60 kg in 4 mins (1 fail)

1 x 60, 1 x 62,5, 1 x 65, 2 x 1 x 67,5 kg (both last reps were ugly)

1 x 50/55/60/62,5 kg (last one ugly)

__Hang snatch (squat):__

3 x 50 kg. 1 x 55 kg (3 fails before). 60 kg= 0,0,0,1,0,1,1. On fails I didnt focus on lifting bar enough and I ended up with bent arms. Focus on using legs and hips to get bar higher up

2 x 5 x 40. 2 x 1 x 50/55 and 60 kg.

2 x 5 x 30/35 and 40 kg. 1 x 45 (ugly). 1 x 45 (ok). 1 x 50 kg

Hang muscle snatch; 5 rounds x 5 reps (20,25,30,35,40 kg). After same weight and hip thrust power snatch.

Dec 2017: 3 point snatch; high hang/low hang + full. Each start position ends with squat snatch. Up to 40 kg.

4th April 2017: 5 x 20/30/40/40. 3 x 50 (last rep really slow). 1 x 55. 1 x 60. Slow

March 2017: 6 x 5 reps @ 40 kg.

30th Sept 2016: 5 x 20/30/40 kg. 2 x 3 x 50 kg.

26th Sept: 2 x 5 x 30/40. 2 x 3 x 45. 2 x 1 x 50. 1 x 55, 0 x 55 kg.

8th July 2016: 2 x 5 x 30/40/45 kg. 2 x 1 reps @ 50. 1 x 55 kg (slooow down)

June 2016: 55 kg. Not too bad form!

Hip (squat) snatch:

Jan 2017: 2 x 5 x 30/40 kg. 2 x 3 x 50 kg

Sept 2016: 5 x 20, 2 x 5 x 30/40. 2 x 3 x 45. 3 x 1 x 50 kg. Arms straight as sitting down.
