6th Sept 2017: 5 x 50, 2 x 70, 1 x 75/80/85/90 kg. No fails 
9th Aug. 1 x 70/80/85/90 kg. Failed 92,5 kg. But 90 felt solid. 
Up to 1 x 90 kg (failed once at 90 kg before). Also did 1 x 70/75/80/85 kg. 
1 x 85. Two fails at 90 kg (behind neck)
Technique: 5 x 5 reps x 40 kg. 10 x 1 rep x 60 kg. Trying to sit down under the bar without moving torso forward. 
2 x 5 reps x 40/50/60/70 kg. 2 x 1 x 80 kg. 1 x 85 kg, failed one attempt and then again 1 x 85 kg. Remember push head forward as receiving bar over head. 
2 x 3 @ 70 kg, 1 x 1 x 80/85/90 and 92,5 kg
1 x 50/60/70/80/85 and 90 kg. I need to be short and snappy in the dip!
24th March 2017: SJ behind neck: 3 x 70, 1 x 80, 1 x 85 kg. Failed 3 times at 90 kg. 
28th Feb 2017: 3 x 5 x 50, 2 x 5 x 60, 1 x 5 x 70, 1 x 80, 1 x 85 kg. 
20th Feb 2017: 5 x 40/40/50/50/60/60. 1 x 70/75/80 and 85 kg. 
20th jan 2017: 2 x 5 x 60 kg. 1 x 70/80/85 kg. Failed twice at 90 kg
